Democratizing Glycoscience by increasing accessibility to resources, education, and training

Our Mission

The BioF:GREAT is a National Science Foundation-Funded BioFoundry that aims to democratize the glycosciences. We will achieve this by development of cutting-edge tools and technologies in the glycosciences and leveraging recent advances in informatics, enzymology, protein engineering, and analytics that will lead to transformational and conceptual advances in the glycosciences across the tree of life.
